Business Analyst
Responsible for gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data; examine and evaluate existing systems and procedures; identifying alternate courses of action; develop tools and/or improvements using existing software packages; and coordinate the development and implementation of new functionality and applications with technical staff and business unit management staff. Coordinate functional requirements with business management staff and technical solutions with systems programming and analysis staff to determine most cost-effective solutions.
Ability to Lead Projects from Quality Assurance perspective. Ability to strategize, plan, size, write test cases, execute iterative tests, and coordinate with IT and Business partners. Must be assertive and confident. Must have a basic understanding of development life cycle. Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite. Experience using research, analysis, and problem solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation tools is desirable. Experience working in an iterative development process is desirable.
